01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdluck ("bdluck", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bdluck.net. By accessing, registering on, or using the bdluck platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all services provided by bdluck, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, account management, payment processing, bonus participation, and customer support interactions. All use of the bdluck platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing bdluck on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by doing so, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

bdluck reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the bdluck platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing bdluck from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion agreement with bdluck or any associated gaming network that covers this platform.
• You have not previously been banned or had your account permanently closed by bdluck for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or playing under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

Age Verification

bdluck may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification review.

If bdluck discovers at any time that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the deposit source, and all winnings generated while underage will be forfeited. bdluck cooperates with all relevant authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one account on the bdluck platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account with bdluck, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you provided change. bdluck will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A unique, strong password for your bdluck account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

bdluck operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard online gaming industry practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point if bdluck's risk systems flag unusual account activity. KYC documents are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with bdluck's Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. bdluck will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to bdluck support at [email protected].

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdluck facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified payment channels. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. The following table summarises the standard limits and processing parameters applicable to bdluck accounts:

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bdluck does not accept deposits from third parties, payment accounts belonging to other individuals, or anonymous payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources may be returned and your account placed under review.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your bdluck account. You must have completed all applicable KYC verification steps before a withdrawal can be processed. bdluck reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed if a bonus wagering requirement attached to your account balance has not yet been fulfilled.

Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on bdluck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bdluck does not currently accept transactions in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be declined.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bdluck offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Participation in any bdluck promotion constitutes your acceptance of the specific promotion's terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are offered to individual account holders only. One bonus of each type per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• bdluck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. For example, live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Full details are published on each promotion page.
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures through artificial betting patterns, hedging, or coordinated multi-account play is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• bdluck reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus winnings, where stated in the individual promotion terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The current welcome bonus amount, match percentage, wagering requirement, and eligible games are detailed on the bdluck promotions page. bdluck reserves the right to modify the welcome bonus offer at any time. Players who have previously held a bdluck account under any identity are not eligible for new-member bonuses.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bdluck is subject to the specific rules published for each game type and sport. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with the general Terms set out in this document.

Sports Betting

bdluck offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures — as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• bdluck reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that sport, which are published on the bdluck sports betting page.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and account tier.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on bdluck are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. bdluck does not interfere with or modify game outcomes in any way.

Void Bets & Disputed Outcomes

bdluck reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or placed after an event outcome is already known. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of bdluck's settlement team is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in section 12 of these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdluck platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including deposits and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Registering or playing as a person under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Bonus abuse: Using systematic betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, and bonus-churning across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering: Using the bdluck platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity. bdluck cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino, and head-to-head betting markets.
• Chargeback fraud: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after using those funds on the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Abuse of support staff: Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward any bdluck employee or support representative.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

bdluck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdluck has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or that continued access poses a risk to bdluck or other players on the platform.

Closure by bdluck

In cases where bdluck initiates account closure due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Deposits that are not subject to a pending wagering requirement will be returned to the original payment source, less any transaction fees incurred in the return process.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bdluck account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Please state your reason for closure in your request. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, bdluck's support team will assist you in applying a self-exclusion rather than a simple closure, to provide greater protection against re-registration.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdluck may apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. You will receive email notification before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.

09 Responsible Gaming

bdluck provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every player's account dashboard. These tools are available without restriction to all registered members at all times and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time without a break.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up summaries that display your session duration and net result, helping you make informed decisions about continuing to play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is inactive and cannot be used for any wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a long-term suspension of your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen duration and are processed within 24 hours of your request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdluck platform — including but not limited to the bdluck brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, software, and all associated materials — is the intellectual property of bdluck or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdluck platform solely for the purpose of participating in gaming and betting activities as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bdluck content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any bdluck software or game.
• Use any bdluck trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context not expressly authorised by bdluck in writing.
• Frame or mirror the bdluck website on any third-party domain or application without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bdluck's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. bdluck actively monitors for IP infringement and will pursue all available remedies where applicable.

11 Liability & Disclaimer

The bdluck platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bdluck uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available continuously and functions correctly, bdluck does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, bdluck's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your bdluck account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdluck shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, even if such loss was foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from third-party network, internet, or device failures outside bdluck's control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Force Majeure

bdluck shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond bdluck's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or civil disruption.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bdluck reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdluck will notify registered players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform upon next login.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions before using the platform on each visit. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates the date on which the most recent version of these Terms entered into force.

Your continued use of the bdluck platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
